A More Affordable New Jersey

"New Jersey is no longer affordable. We have lost our competitive edge as a place to build a business or raise a family. It is time to restore opportunity and fiscal sanity in the Garden State."
– Assemblywoman Aura K. Dunn
Fighting for a More Affordable New Jersey
New Jersey families are struggling to keep up with rising costs while state government continues to grow at an unsustainable pace. Spending has increased by $23.5 billion since the Christie administration, and the cost of living is up more than $30,000 for the average family — the highest increase in the region.
I am fighting to reverse this trend by promoting responsible budgeting, eliminating waste, and pushing for broad-based tax relief instead of costly rebate programs that invite fraud and require massive bureaucracy.
Whether it is working to stop unnecessary tax increases, improve transparency in spending, or protecting property taxpayers from runaway costs, I am committed to rebuilding a state budget that lives within its means and works for the people who fund it.
